• Storytelling through videos, motion graphics and photos using your judgement and creativity based on the client’s direction
  • Operate, maintain, and manage video production equipment
  • Assist in developing initial materials, such as scripts, storyboards and style frames, and refine through various rounds until approval
  • Manage end-to-end process from shooting, online & offline edits, color grading, sound mixing and rendering
  • Ensure that the final product aligns with the needs of the brand and is delivered on time
  • Presenting the final output to the team for their approval
  • Collaborate with producer and production director to make the best content possible for projects
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, under pressure & takes initiative to add creative value to given projects
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and other related tools
  • Shoot & Edit videos and other media necessary to complete a project that is visually compelling
  • Able to shoot in different locations
  • Grow and contribute in a creative and collaborative environment
  • Ability to execute tasks and deliver quality content
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a creative/media agency or content production
  • Experience in planning, shooting, editing and producing high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms especially YouTube.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Mass Communication , Broadcasting or any related field.
  • Creative and can think out of the box
  • Proficient in MS Office and other related tools
  • Professionalism is always expected (avoid absences and tardiness)
