Project Manager - COrporate branding


  • Marketing Project Manager shall develop and execute marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
  • Principal Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the AM/sales team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for “assigned client”, internally and externally
    • Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts
    • Identi9 short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, profit/ loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
    • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
    • Establish positioning, identi9 target audiences of “assigned client”, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments and
      creative contents.
    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
    • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies both find channels and create contents
    • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactic
    • Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
  • Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
    • Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for clients deliverable and services level agreement
    • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendation
    • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
    • Hold regular meetings with account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above standard
    • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis
    • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, and video assets
    • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
    • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
    • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
    • Effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
    • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Requirement and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media
  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
  • Willingness and ability to travel
