Brand Manager (Corporate Branding)

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement
    internal and external marketing and branding strategies for assigned clients.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied and targets are achieved.
  • Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities
    within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts.
  • Lead the planning, managing, and execution of marketing programs from start to finish,
    leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to
    build successful strategies to find channels and create content.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key
    insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal
    proposals and recommendations.
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including test/control
    segmentation design, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and
    recommendation.
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies,
    product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • At least five (5) years of work experience in the related field
  • Client handling experience
  • Experience with Performance Marketing
  • Experience with the Recruitment/Headhunting Industry
  • Experience with revenue/budget/ROI of marketing campaigns
  • Wide range of marketing knowledge from traditional marketing and digital marketing including but not limited to search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, native advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborative team player who can effectively communicate with various teams in a corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or any related field
