Marketing Channel ManageR

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns from conceptualization through implementation, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Develop innovative and impactful campaign strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clients, and channel partners, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate potential marketing channels.
  • Assess the suitability of each channel for the target audience and business objectives.
  • Stay informed about marketing trends, industry standards, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
  • Execute strategic negotiation plans to establish mutually beneficial agreements with channel partners, clients, and project managers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and drive results.
  • Develop forecasts to predict future marketing performance based on market trends and historical data.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of marketing campaigns to evaluate success against predetermined KPIs.
  • Report campaign progress, key metrics, achievements, and areas for refinement to stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain organized systems for both online and offline communications within the marketing team.
  • Read and interpret legal documents, including contracts, in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Monitor workflow for marketing campaigns, coordinate tasks and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Design and develop training programs for channel partners, covering marketing strategies, product knowledge, and promotional tactics.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure partners are equipped to effectively promote products and services.
  • Utilize in-depth understanding of web analytics, algorithms, and industry trends to make data-driven improvements to marketing campaigns.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Advertising or any related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Familiarity with various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
  • Proficiency in at least one web analytics tool with knowledge of all functions (Google Analytics, SEMRush, AhRefs, Google Search Console, Google Ads, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Willingness to undergo training or examination provided by the client on web analytics and SEO analytic skills.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing business or client public relations, including media communication, press releases, and public events.
  • Made at least one end-to-end Marketing Campaign
