Job Description:

  • Collects and analyzes customer, marketing and web behavioral data
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and
    effective
  • Monitor online marketing trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to develop and optimize
    strategies for digital marketing campaigns, and track campaign performance
  • Forecast trends through monitoring of analytics٫ and sales and marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop content strategies and marketing
    campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business goals
  • Conceptualize and storyboard video ideas aligned with business goals
  • Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels
  • Create engaging and creative content ideas for various digital platforms such as social media, email, blogs,
    forums, websites, and other channels
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, infographics, and animation
  • Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel, digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities through strategic research on products٫ services٫ and current strategies
  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets accessibility standards
  • Monitor, measure and report performance of campaigns
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or any related field
  • With a minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in the related field
  • Work experience in a marketing and/or ad agency is an advantage
  • Experience using marketing-related tools for planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Proven experience in building funnels that drive sales and customer results
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, including a portfolio
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in
    data-driven decision-making
  • Wide range of marketing knowledge from traditional marketing and digital marketing including but not limited to search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, native advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
