BRAND MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Analyze brand positioning, competitors, and consumer insights to build successful strategies to find channels and create content.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences of clients, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Design and implement a strategic brand sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence to achieve target brand sales.
  • Gather customer and market insights to create strategies to deliver business objectives and maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for assigned brand/s.
  • Manage conception, budgeting, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies,
    product concepts, and promotional programs to improve corporate branding.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for
    future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify revenue opportunities within our established client base and manage consistent growth of performance.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Specification:

  •  With a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in the related field
  • Work experience in a marketing and/or ad agency is an advantage
  • Experience using marketing-related tools for planning, execution, and monitoring
  •  Client handling experience
  • Wide range of marketing knowledge from traditional marketing and digital marketing including but not limited to search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, native advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Other foreign language proficiency is an advantage
  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
  • Willing to work on weekends when needed
